Estimates are based on the information available at the time of request. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work, duration, or disposal fees. Prices are subject to change without notice.​
Deposits & Payment:
Some services may require a deposit or pre-payment. Payment is due as specified on the invoice. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of services or additional fees.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Customers must notify us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule a service. We reserve the right to charge cancellation fees for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Liability:
​While we take every precaution to perform our work safely and responsibly, Mustard Seed Property Maintenance is not liable for damages resulting from misuse of dumpsters, improper disposal of prohibited items, or circumstances beyond our control (such as weather delays).
Right to Refuse Service:
We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion, including in cases where safety, legal, or environmental concerns are present.
