Refund Policy

Because our services involve on-site work and logistics, refunds are limited and handled on a case-by-case basis.

Service Deposits:

 

Deposits or pre-payments may be applied toward future services if a cancellation occurs, provided adequate notice is given.

Completed Services:

 

Once mowing or dumpster rental services have been completed, refunds are generally not available. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our work, please contact us directly so we can work toward a resolution.

Cancellations:

 

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at the earliest possible time. Refund eligibility for cancellations will depend on the timing of the request and whether costs have already been incurred (such as delivery of a dumpster).

Prohibited Use of Dumpsters:

 

Refunds will not be issued for services impacted by the disposal of prohibited items (such as hazardous materials) or misuse of equipment. Additional fees may apply in such cases.
